Letter from the Chairman

Our goal as a foundation is to continue to strive to make a difference in the lives of those around us.  The needs are many, and at times, the most difficult portion of the process is to determine what causes to support.

We have examined our Foundation processes and are working to improve our performance through continuous feedback and communication with the projects we support and to assist our board in making an informed decision on continued funding.  We believe that interaction with grantees provides clarity of goals and strategy with an intense focus on results.

We seek to improve our achievements as we continue to fill basic needs in our communities that fall within our guidelines and mission.

Letter from the President

The goal of the United Company Foundation has always been to make our communities better. We live and work in a region with wonderful people, yet needs still exist. We consider it our mission to find ways through which we can help bridge those gaps and cover unmet needs.

We cannot do it alone. We need active, willing, capable, and accountable partners to work with us to achieve our mission. Whether your organization works in education, healthcare, feeding the hungry, the arts, or some other area of impact, we’re interested in talking with you.

Please take a look at our application guidelines and see if you believe your organization would be a good partner with our foundation. We look forward to hearing from you as we all seek to make this amazing area the best it can possibly be.
